David Bark

With a career in hospitality spanning nearly four decades, David began in hotels in 1987 and has worked exclusively within the upper upscale and luxury segments. As a Hotel General Manager with IHG across Australia and China from 1999 to 2013, and Area General Manager with Accor in China from 2014 to 2019, David led complex, multi-property operations at the highest level. From 2019 to 2021 David served as CEO of Tattersalls Club in Brisbane, and since 2021 has worked in Hotel Asset Management. His approach centres on people-led leadership, uncompromising quality, and disciplined capital allocation — consistently delivering superior returns.

Hazel Teo

Hazel is an asset manager with professional Architect background and two decades of experience in commercial real estate and hospitality space in Singapore and Asia Pacific, covering land and property acquisitions, investment feasibility, real estate design and development management, yield performance improvement and asset enhancement, capex budgeting and lease management. Her current portfolio includes 52 properties in Asia Pacific including owned and managed hotels, HMA and franchised hotels.

Daniel Yip

Daniel is a partner at High Street Holdings, a boutique real estate investment and asset manager for a Singapore family office. HSH currently has hotel presence in Australia, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Maldives and Japan. 

A corporate lawyer by background, Daniel specializes in hotel asset management and hotel transactions. With over 10 years’ experience in hospitality real estate across the Asia Pacific and former head of operator selections at JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group in Singapore, Daniel managed a team and has successfully closed +20 deals in the Asia Pacific.

In 2020, Daniel was the President of Hospitality Asset Managers Association (Asia Pacific Chapter). In 2019, Daniel was awarded the ISHC Rising Star Award (Asia Pacific).

Secretary

Chuiling Lee 

Chuiling is a Senior Vice President within JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group. Based in Singapore, she oversees the Singapore and Malaysia’s asset management portfolio. 
Chuiling has 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in finance, operations and asset management. Prior to joining JLL, Chuiling was the Vice President of Asset Management at Frasers Hospitality, managing the Europe and UK portfolio, with AUM of c. S$800 million. She previously served as Director of F&B Operations at one of Singapore’s integrated resorts, leading performance initiatives, operations and overseeing brand partnerships for the celebrity chef restaurants. 
Chuiling holds an MBA in Hospitality Management from ESSEC Business School, and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.
